PowerScene version 2.1.5 is now available.
This release includes fixes for issues found in previous versions, along with several new and improved features.
Below is a summary of the changes in version 2.1.5:
# PowerScene Studio
- Added a “Show Point Calculation Result” option to the data link, allowing calculation results to be displayed on the screen.
# PowerScene HMI
- Updated the behavior so that the network version of the HMI will not start if it cannot connect to the server.
- Fixed an issue where video was not displayed in the FC Camera widget.
# Data Exchange
- Updated the processing logic so that data change handling for DNP virtual devices runs in a separate thread
(improves performance when more than 300 slaves are configured).
- Fixed an issue where newly added virtual devices were not reflected in real time while the system was running.
- Fixed an issue where changes to virtual devices, virtual status points, and virtual analog points were not applied to the live system during operation.
- Updated the logging behavior so that required logs (excluding communication packets) are saved even when communication logging is disabled.
- Improved performance when starting or stopping multiple virtual servers in the Exchange Monitor.
# Data Explorer
- Added the ability to view, edit, and delete user-created database tables.
- Adjusted the layout order of some editable fields in the communication channel table.
- Added display of the master address field in the device table.
# Communication Driver
- Added sub-channel count and active channel count to group name displays in the Driver Monitor.
- Added a Default Settings button to the IEC 101 and 104 driver communication options.
- Fixed an issue where the log retention setting was disabled due to an error when enabling or disabling communication logging in the Driver Monitor.
- Fixed an issue where changes made during system operation were not applied to the live system.
- Updated the logging behavior so that required logs (excluding communication packets) are saved even when communication logging is disabled.
- Fixed an issue where the Driver Launcher did not close when the Driver Manager was shut down in certain abnormal cases.
- Improved performance when starting or stopping multiple communication channels or groups in the Driver Monitor.
# System
- Fixed an issue where simple schedules did not run when one or more simple schedules were registered in a project.
- Fixed an issue where alarms were triggered on system restart even though values had not changed
